企业集团在东亚经济环境中发挥着重要的作用,但企业集团这种商业航母在现代迅速变化的商业环境中面临巨大的挑战,在激烈的商业竞争中,高效的企业集团财务系统设计和实施发挥重要的作用。企业集团系统由于其组织结构和业务的复杂性,财务系统设计复杂,实施难度高。本文就企业集团财务系统所面临的挑战和设计原则作出了初步的探讨分析。
Enterprise groups play an important role in the economic environment of East Asia.
