建立一个完善的生产资料市场是生产资料流通体制改革的重要任务,也是整个经济改革的重要环节,完善生产资料市场的进程存在着多种可能的选择。十年经济改革与发展的历史表明,社会主义初级阶段是一个长期的过程.建立新体制不可能一蹴而就,面对中国经济发展不平衡这一现实,采取配套改革,区域推进的方案来发育生产资料市场则可能是一种比较可行的选择。这里拟就发育生产资料区域共同市场问题谈些看法。
Establishing a sound market for means of production is an important task in the reform of the circulation of means of production. It is also an important part of the entire economic reform.
