目的:总结分析通辽市20余年结核病控制工作历程,展望发展趋势。方法:采用回顾历史资料和历年防治工作报表进行分析。结果:自1975年建立全市各级结防机构以来,队伍不断发展壮大,机构功能逐渐增强,专业人员学历层次和职称结构不断提高。累计发现涂阳肺结核病人10 307例,痰菌阴转率达81％-97％。各级领导重视结核病控制工作,近十余年各级政府投入专项经费240余
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the work history of TB control in Tongliao City for more than 20 years and to look forward to the development trend. Methods: The review of historical data and prevention and treatment work reports over the years for analysis. Results: Since the establishment of the city’s prevention and control institutions at all levels in 1975, the continual growth and expansion of the ranks have led to the gradual enhancement of the functions of the institutions and the contingent-level and professional titles of professionals.
