省人民政府颁发了「关于解决小学毕业生升学问题的指示」,这一指示是根据现有条件,以高度负责的精神和实事求是的办法,尽最大努力来解决目前小学毕业生的升学问题的。今年暑期我省各地初中、初师和高小招生,由于要求入学的学生大大地超过了招生名额,有大量小学毕业生不能升学,已成为我省中小学教育工作中的一个严重问题。因此,贯彻执行这一指示,不但是各级教育行政部门和广大教育工作者,而且也是各级党政领导机关的重要任务。
The Provincial People’s Government issued the “Directive on Solving the Problem of Primary School Graduates Going to School,” which is based on the present conditions, with a high degree of responsibility and seeking truth from facts, to make every effort to solve the current problem of primary school graduates entering into higher education. This summer summer junior middle school, junior high school and high school enrollment throughout the province, due to the requirements of students greatly exceeded the enrollment places, a large number of primary school graduates can not go to school, has become a serious problem in primary and secondary education in our province. Therefore, the implementation of this directive is not only an educational administration at all levels and a large number of educators, but also an important task of the party and government leading organs at all levels.
