我厂于一九五五年八月正式投入生产后的第一年,继电保护的安全情况很不好。一九五六年继电保护装置共动作22次,正确动作率只有5％,其中因誤动作造成事故者三次。一九五七年我厂加强了继电保护工作以来,在連續将近五年中消灭了誤动作事故。我們在继电保护工作上是怎样扭轉了生产初期的不安全局面,而保持了将近五年无誤动作事故的呢?总結几年来的經驗主要是:
The first year after our plant was formally put into production in August 1955, the safety of relay protection was very poor. In 1956, relay protection devices operated 22 times in total, and the correct operation rate was only 5%. Among them, accidents caused accidents three times. In 1957, after the plant had strengthened its relay protection work, it had eliminated misuse accidents for nearly five consecutive years.
