目前在钳工当中还有许多活是用手工操作的,为了尽快地提高劳动生产率,减轻工人的体力劳动,那么实现手工操作的机械化就成为当前刻不容缓的任务。我厂过去人员少,设备旧,产品质量不高。通过大闹技术革新和技术革命,我厂职工提出合理化建议和土设备四仟项左右,这些技术革新项目的实现就大大改变了我厂过去的生产面貌。这里向大家介绍一下我厂装配工段老工人班林海同志改进的卧式锉刀机。
At present, there are still many manual laborers in the fitters. In order to improve labor productivity as soon as possible and reduce the manual labor of the workers, the mechanization of manual operations has become an urgent task at the moment. In the past, our factory had few personnel, old equipment and low product quality. Through major technological innovations and technological revolutions, our factory workers have proposed rationalization proposals and four items of soil equipment. The realization of these technological innovation projects has greatly changed the past production appearance of our factory. Here, I would like to introduce to you the improved horizontal boring machine developed by Comrade Bian Linhai, an old worker in our assembly plant.
