陈巴尔虎旗位于呼伦贝尔市西北,在满洲里到海拉尔的必经之路上。这里风光绝美,有“天堂草原”、“天下第一曲水”、“天鹅故乡”之誉。记者走进陈旗时,天正下着沥沥小雨,车窗外不时闪过马牛群和白色的蒙古包。中途泊车,走出车外深吸一口气,清新而湿润。站在丘陵的坡道上远眺,铅色天幕下,宛若银线的莫尔格勒河镶嵌在如茵如盖的陈巴尔虎草原上,在漫射光下泛出微亮,萦回婉转,如泣如诉,置身“天堂”的感觉油然而生。
