都可喜是一种能增加动脉血氧的新药,其主要成份是Almitrine和Raubasine。Almitrine是由法国施维雅药厂合成并生产的一种特有物质。Raubasine则起增强其作用。 [作用机制与性质]由于都可喜具有血液充氧作用,它可用于治疗低氧症。当服用本品时,动脉中氧饱和程度增加,脑组织中的需氧糖代谢加强。 [适应症]1.急性和亚急性脑血管机能不全,2.视网膜的神经和血管紊乱。3.耳蜗与前庭的病症。
