锌是人类必需的微量元素之一,硫酸锌糖浆用于治疗儿童缺锌引起的疾病,为便于服用,制成果计型橙黄色粘稠液体。浙江省药品标准收载该品种,用EDTA络量法测定糖浆中的硫酸锌,所需样品量大,滴定终点受色素影响,难判断。原子吸收分光光度法是近年迅速地发展起来的新型仪器分析方法,本文用该法测定有色糖浆中硫酸锌含量,并用EDTA络量法比较测定结果,该法回收率高,结果正确,干扰少,所需样品量小。

Atomic absorption spectrophotometry is a new instrument developed rapidly in recent years. In this paper, the method was used to determine the content of zinc sulfate in colored syrup, and the results were compared by EDTA complexometric method. The method has high recovery rate, accurate results, less interference, The amount of sample required is small.
