本文从工业结构演变的视角来研究我国经济增长对环境质量的影响及变化,通过利用工业结构特征偏向指数和各省29个制造业行业的相关数据,对1995-2010年我国工业结构演变与环境变化二者之间的关系进行了定量分析,探讨了各省工业结构的污染排放强度特征的差异及其变化趋势,在此基础上对各区域工业内部各行业的发展状况进行了分析。研究结果表明,1995-2010年我国西北地区工业结构废水排放强度降低的趋势减弱,东南部分地区和西南地区工业结构的二氧化硫排放强度和固体废弃物排放强度有所增强,高污染行业增长趋势较为明显地区是黄河中游、西北与西南等地区。最后本文构建地区环境污染强度影响因素的回归分析模型,结果表明工业内部结构的演变是影响区域环境质量的重要因素,尤其对于经济发展相对落后的中西部地区而言,在今后产业结构升级过程中要及时监控和预防产业结构演变产生的环境污染。
This paper studies the influence and change of our country’s economic growth on the environmental quality from the perspective of the industrial structure evolution. By using the data of industrial structure deviation index and the 29 manufacturing industries in each province, this paper analyzes the evolution and changes of industrial structure in China from 1995 to 2010 The relationship between the two was quantitatively analyzed. The differences and trends in the intensity of emission intensity of industrial structure in different provinces were discussed. Based on the analysis, the development of each industry within each region was analyzed. The results show that in 1995-2010, the intensity of industrial structure wastewater discharge in northwestern China decreased. The intensity of SO2 emission and solid waste emission in industrial structure in southeastern part of China and southwestern areas increased, and the growth trend of high-polluting industries was obvious The region is the middle reaches of the Yellow River, northwest and southwest regions. Finally, this paper constructs a regression analysis model of the influencing factors of regional environmental pollution intensity. The results show that the evolution of the industrial internal structure is an important factor affecting the regional environmental quality, especially for the central and western regions where the economic development is relatively backward. In the future industrial upgrading, It is necessary to timely monitor and prevent environmental pollution caused by the evolution of industrial structure.
