在市场竞争变得日益激烈的情况下,众多企业借助技术、资金、品牌或规模等方面的优势,在国内或国际的市场中获得更大份额,经营取得长足发展。与上述企业的各种优势相匹配,人力资源管理为打造企业核心竞争力提供人才保障和发展基础。近年来,人力资源管理外包在人力资源管理中越来越发挥出重要作用,但是,在决策并落实企业人力资源管理业务外包的过程中,伴随着企业的发展出现各种各样的问题,笔者对企业人力资源管理业务外包的问题与建议进行了探讨。
In the increasingly fierce market competition, many companies have gained a greater share in the domestic or international market by leveraging their advantages in technology, capital, brand, or scale, and have made significant progress in their operations. Compatible with the various advantages of the above-mentioned enterprises, human resources management provides the foundation for talent protection and development for building the core competitiveness of the company. In recent years, human resource management outsourcing has played an increasingly important role in human resource management. However, in the process of making decisions and implementing corporate human resource management business outsourcing, various problems have arisen along with the development of enterprises. The issues and suggestions for the outsourcing of enterprise human resource management are discussed.
