龚自珍有诗曰:“落红不是无情物,化作春泥更护花”。传统意义对此句理解为教师无私奉献于学生。三年前参与学校《新城镇化背景下家校结合建设班集体的研究》课题研究后,我对此有了新的认识:在学校教育中,“化作春泥的落红”不仅是指老师,还包括家长和一切关心孩子的人。于是,我学习将学生周围的良好因素利用起来,形成以班级为中心,向周围放射的家校合力教育环境,有效地促进了学生的成长。一、尊重家长,调动其积极性
