2014年11月6日,全国首家知识产权审判专业机构——北京知识产权法院正式履职。新成立的北京知识产权法院内设4个审判庭,技术调查室和法警队2个司法辅助机构以及1个综合行政机构。集中管辖原由北京市各中级人民法院管辖的知识产权民事和行政案件。按照最高人民法院《关于北京、上海、广州知识产权法院案件管辖的规定》,北京知识产权法院管辖的第一审案件的范围包括:专利、植物新品种、集成电路布图设计、技术
On November 6, 2014, Beijing Intellectual Property Court, the nation’s first professional institution for trial of intellectual property, officially performed its duties. The newly established Beijing Intellectual Property Court houses four courtrooms, a technical investigation room, two judicial aid agencies of the judicial police force, and one integrated administrative agency. Centralized jurisdiction over the civil and administrative cases of intellectual property originally governed by the Intermediate People’s Courts in Beijing.
