采用静电纺丝工艺制备了表面形态良好的溴化丁基橡胶/黏土纳米复合材料微米纤维,研究了其微观结构。结果表明,静电纺丝工艺制备的纤维内部黏土空间分散状态明显优于常规溶液法制备的橡胶/黏土纳米复合材料。
The microstructure of bromobutyl rubber / clay nanocomposites with good surface morphology was prepared by electrospinning. The results show that the spatially dispersed state of the clay inside the fiber prepared by electrospinning is obviously better than that of the rubber / clay nanocomposites prepared by the conventional solution method.
