目的了解南宁市市售食品化学污染情况,为制定相应的监管措施提供参考依据。方法采用国家《食品卫生检验方法》中相应的检测方法对食物中的重金属、食品添加剂、农药残留、禁用药物、禁用物质等化学污染物进行监测分析。结果 2013年南宁市监测食品总体合格率为95.56%,主要监测食品中重金属合格率为99.19%,食品添加剂合格率为88.86%,违禁添加物合格率为98.28%。未检出农药残留。受污染较严重的食品种类主要有干制、盐渍水产品,油条油饼、面包糕点、拉皮凉粉类,巴氏杀菌乳、腌酸果蔬类的食品添加剂含量超标。结论南宁市市售食品化学污染总体水平较低,但部分食品仍存在污染。应采取针对性措施,加强监督监测力度,保证消费者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the chemical contamination of foodstuffs in Nanning and to provide reference for formulating the corresponding regulatory measures. Methods Monitoring and analyzing the chemical contaminants such as heavy metals, food additives, pesticide residues, banned drugs and banned substances in food by the corresponding detection methods in the national “Food Hygiene Test Method”. Results The overall pass rate of monitoring food in Nanning City in 2013 was 95.56%. The pass rate of heavy metals in food was 99.19%. The passing rate of food additives was 88.86%. The passing rate of banned additives was 98.28%. No pesticide residues were detected. More contaminated food categories are mainly dry, saltwater aquatic products, fried crackers, bread cakes, raspberry jelly, pasteurized milk, pickled fruits and vegetables excessive levels of food additives. Conclusion The overall level of chemical contamination on the market of food in Nanning City is low, but some foods are still contaminated. Targeted measures should be taken to strengthen supervision and monitoring efforts to ensure the health of consumers.
