石墨纤维增强镁基复合材料由于基体中加入了铝元素,其界面情况变得较为复杂。对采用真空压力浸渍法制备的俄罗斯产石墨纤维增强ZM5镁基复合材料在透射电子显微镜下观察发现,界面结合良好,基体与纤维间无化学反应,但存在着大小形状不同的析出物,经电子衍射和EDS能谱分析为γMg17Al12相;在近界面区域也有γ相存在,并且与镁基体存在一定的位向关系;同时在界面附近存在着大量位错和孪晶等晶体缺陷。
Graphite Fiber Reinforced Magnesium Matrix Composites Because of the addition of aluminum to the matrix, the interface becomes more complicated. The results show that the interfacial bonding is good and there is no chemical reaction between the matrix and the fiber, but there are precipitates with different size and shape. The electronic structure of the ZM5 magnesium-based composite reinforced by graphite, Diffraction and EDS spectra were analyzed for the γMg17Al12 phase. There were also γ phase in the near-interface region, and there was a certain positional relationship between the γ-Mg17Al12 phase and the magnesium matrix. At the same time, there were many crystal defects such as dislocations and twins near the interface.
