随着物权法的颁布,关于建筑物区分所有权中的小区车库权属问题也有了新的规定,本文结合各国立法例及我国的立法和实践提出了笔者自己的观点和态度。
With the promulgation of the Property Law, there is also a new regulation on the ownership of a garage in a residential building. This paper presents the author’s own views and attitudes in light of the legislation of various countries and the legislation and practice in our country.
