本文结合益阳市人民法院公判厅屋盖工程实例,对单层扭网壳结构采用“拟壳法”、“空间梁元法”和“空间桁架位移法”之力学分析的初步成果作了比较,对该工程在结构设计方面所采取的构造措施以及网壳的杆件和节点设计的方法作了介绍,同时对组合型扭网壳屋盖的施工方法提供了经验。本文还通过现场测试的有关资料,论证了组合壳形成后其钢筋砼面层与钢网格具有共同承担荷载的能力。
In this paper, the preliminary results of the mechanical analysis of “simulation method”,“spatial beam element method” and “spatial truss displacement method” for a single-layer twisted reticulated shell were combined with the case of the Gongju Office of the Yiyang City People’s Court. For comparison, the structural measures taken in the structural design of the project, as well as the design methods of the rod and joints of the reticulated shell were introduced. At the same time, experience was also provided for the construction method of the combined twisted reticulated shell roof. Based on the relevant data from the field test, this paper also demonstrated that the reinforced concrete surface layer and the steel mesh have the ability to bear the load jointly after the composite shell is formed.
