我厂离心驱水机,原采用离心式机械转速表测量转速。由于此种表测量精确度低,又不适用非接触测量,并且在振动大的场合下连续运行损坏很快。针对此问题,我们根据磁电感应的基本原理,研制和改装了多台感应电子转速表,并取代了原转速表。由于它线路简单,还设有“检查”开关,因此制作和现场使用都非常方便。从1972年至今使用证明:它运行可靠,安全防爆,测量准确,维护量少,是测量离心机、发动机、汽轮机等设备的转速的一种好方法。
