前不久,本刊在北京召开民办科技实业发展问题座谈会。中办、国办、国务院发展中心、中国科协、国家科委有关司局等有关部门负责同志于维栋、邓寿鹏、李宝恒、陈绳武、林爽爽、甘师俊、叶吉唐、李肇杰、马建章、华贻芳、张秉福,以及民办科技实业界代表段永基、金燕静、王洪德、陈庆振、胡靖宇、赵东升等参加了会议。国家科委常务副主任李绪鄂同志到会听取了部分代表的发言。
