各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:现将《国务院办公厅关于各地不得自行提高企业基本养老金待遇水平的通知》(国办发[2001]50号,原文详见第16期第9页。)转发给你们,并结合我省实际提出如下意见请一并认真贯彻执行。一、各地市、各有关部门要按照省政府要求,继续做好基本养老保险地市级统筹工作,抓紧落实,8月底前要在全省全面启动基本养老保险地市级统筹,增强地市基金调剂力度,以确保企业离退休人员基本养老金按时足额发放。二、各地市、各有关部门在落实基本养老保险地市级统筹过程中,对统筹项目要认真进行清理和规范,确需调整统筹项目,特别是对原执行统筹项目少
