战后尤其是冷战结束以来,以欧盟、北美自由贸易区和亚太经合组织为代表的区域经济一体化蓬勃发展。与此同时,地区贸易集团和经济一体化是世界范围内贸易自由化和一体化进程的一个必经阶段和重要过程,已是各国之共识。在此前提下,各国都试图置身于一个强有力的地区集团之中,以增强竞争的力量和筹码,也进一步促进了区域一体化的发展。本文试图就美洲自由贸易区的相关问题略作探讨。
Since the end of the war, especially since the end of the Cold War, the regional economic integration represented by the EU, the North American Free Trade Area and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation has been booming. At the same time, regional trade blocs and economic integration are an essential stage and an important process in the process of trade liberalization and integration in the world. It is a consensus of all countries. Under this premise, all countries are trying to stay in a strong regional group to enhance the power and chips of competition and further promote the development of regional integration. This article attempts to discuss some issues related to the Free Trade Area of the Americas.
