据波兰统计睾丸肿瘤是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤,占居第20位。作者从1986年1月—6月对确诊为睾丸肿瘤的7名29—39岁的病人进行了精液检查。方法:在最后一次性交后4—5天行精液检查,精液收集后立即将pH6的0.9％氯化钠溶液和0.1N盐酸按1:1的比例加入。标本以3000转/分的速度进行15分钟的离心,其沉淀物用0.2ml血浆处理。涂片经干燥后放入1:1的酒精和乙醚混合液中
According to Polish testicular cancer is the most common malignant tumor in men, occupy the 20th place. From January 1986 to June 1986, the authors performed a semen examination on seven 29-39-year-old patients diagnosed with testicular tumors. METHODS: The sperm examination was performed 4-5 days after the last sexual intercourse.
