本文介绍自行研制的活体输精管腔测量器。经动物和人体输精管腔测量验证误差值均为0.03±0.05mm,管腔测量后还可进行注射节育。对生育期男性200人,400根输精管测量结果为扩张状态下输精管内径值为1.25±0.02mm。对兔输精管的管腔进行可扩张性试验表明:用堵塞材料将管腔容积扩张7倍,为最小有效堵塞管腔值。用该值在测量器指导下作注射栓堵法绝育术200例,比对照组根据手触摸输精管粗细所用的堵塞量明显减少,而节育效果两组十分近似,并且术后不适反应发生率比对照组明显减少。
This article describes self-developed vas deferens lumen measuring instrument.
