“五化四全”模式指的是以设备管理智能化、流程管理规范化、内部管理精细化、城乡服务一体化、队伍管理人性化的“五化”管理模式,实现供电所的全智能资料管理、全过程的稽查管控、全覆盖的指标体系以及全方位的绩效管理,推进供电所管理水平迈上新台阶。推行“五化”模式,促管理精益求精制度管事,内部管理精细化推行“大所制”建设,划清管理界面,明确供电所统一采用营配合一的模式,按照国网公司“五级管理”的要求将供电所作为一个管理层面来管控,以“专业垂直+归口综合”的组织架构,确保供电所专业
