安溪县是全国著名的乌龙茶产区和全国典型的崩岗地区之一。以恒美小流域为试验区,对利用崩岗侵蚀劣地建设生态茶园的主要技术进行了探索和研究,提出了总体技术思路,着重介绍了人造平原式、梯田式和台地式三种整地类型的特点。恒美小流域利用崩岗侵蚀劣地新开垦的茶园取得了较好的生态、经济和社会效益,13.33 hm2茶园一年可收入160万元左右。该模式既能治理崩岗,又能减轻当前山地开发压力从而减少毁林开垦、陡坡开垦等违法行为,同时还可以变害为利、变废为宝,促进地方特色农业发展和农民增收,有一定的推广价值。
