腹膜炎是临床上常见的急腹症之一,我院自1994～1997年3月共治疗腹膜炎225例(包括门诊治疗21人次),其中确诊为淋菌性腹膜炎25例,现将具体情况介绍如下。1 一般资料均为女性。①年龄:发病者在18～41岁,其中18～27岁19例,占76%,27岁以上6例,占24%;②发病时间:多在月经期或月经后1周内发病:③职业:旅店,酒吧、饭店等服务行业工作15例,占60%,无职业7例,占28%,个体户3例,占12%;④症状:持续腹痛伴发热、恶心、呕吐12例,占48%,腹痛伴
