[目的]探讨八珍汤加味对肺癌术后化疗引起化疗毒性反应的临床疗效。[方法]将98例肺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例,治疗组服八珍汤加味(黄芪、党参、茯苓、白术、川芎、熟地、当归、白芍等);对照组给予常规对症治疗,不服用中药,进行疗效观察。[结果]治疗组化疗毒性反应各项均较对照组减轻,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组Karnofsky评分提高稳定率93.9%,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。[结论]八珍汤加味防治肺癌术后化疗毒性反应具有较好疗效。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Bazhen Decoction on chemotherapeutic toxicities caused by postoperative chemotherapy of lung cancer. [Method] Ninety-eight patients with postoperative lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The treatment group was served with Bazhen Decoction (Astragalus, Codonopsis, Poria, Atractylodes, Chuanxiong, Rehmannia, Angelica, ; Control group given conventional symptomatic treatment, do not take traditional Chinese medicine, the efficacy observed. [Results] All of the chemotherapy-induced toxicity in the treatment group were alleviated compared with the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The Karnofsky score improved by 93.9% in the treatment group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) ). [Conclusion] Modified Bazhen decoction has good curative effect in preventing and treating postoperative chemotherapy toxicity of lung cancer.
