介绍了一种顶部为异形S弯管状,竖直固定段为侧壁密布三角形扣位的换气管脱模机构。结合换气管结构特征,运用CAE技术对成型过程进行模拟。选取合理的浇注方案,并根据CAE方案完成换气管的模具设计。在模具结构中,弯管段设计由两段碰接组合的侧向抽芯完成脱模,竖直段由带顶杆的滑块组合机构完成脱模,弯管段两端部特征设计由两个斜向滑块完成脱模,三组抽芯机构为三次顺序开模,抽芯机构结构合理,易加工,降低生产成本,工作稳定可靠。
A kind of vent pipe release mechanism with a curved S shaped top and a vertical fixed section with a triangular side buckle is introduced. Combined with the structural characteristics of the trachea, the CAE technique was used to simulate the forming process. Select a reasonable pouring program, and according to the CAE program to complete the design of the ventilation tube mold. In the mold structure, the curved pipe section is designed to be demolded by the lateral core pulling of the combination of two sections. The vertical section is demolded by the slider assembly mechanism with the ejector rod.
