本研究建立了微波萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定塑料中12种氯苯类化合物的分析方法。该方法以正己烷和丙酮混合溶剂(V/V=1/1)为提取剂,微波萃取后用佛洛里硅土柱净化,气相色谱质谱进行定量分析。结果表明:在5~500 ng/ml浓度范围内12种氯苯类化合物线性良好,检出限为0.5~3.8μg/kg。在3个添加水平下,平均回收率分别为74.8%~87.3%、80.6%~92.2%、90.9%~104.1%,相对标准偏差分别为2.94%~9.09%、1.46%~6.24%、1.77%~5.64%。
In this study, a method for the determination of 12 chlorobenzenes in plastics by microwave extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. In this method, a mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone (V / V = 1/1) was used as the extractant, after which it was purified by Florisil silica column and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that 12 kinds of chlorobenzenes were well linear in the range of 5 ~ 500 ng / ml with the detection limit of 0.5 ~ 3.8 μg / kg. The average recoveries were 74.8% -87.3%, 80.6% -92.2% and 90.9% -104.1% at the three addition levels, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 2.94% -9.09%, 1.46% -6.24% and 1.77% 5.64%.
