目下不少单位和部门开会,不约而同地实行了一项新的创举,即“一切费用自理”。而且还不止于此,在“一切费用自理”中间,又加了一个码,就是加收“会务费”。每一参加会议者少则交几十元,多则交数百元,其用途呢,除用于会议正常的如印刷有关会议资料等公杂费开支外,更多的是用于补充会议伙食、发给与会人员纪念品、照相、参观、游览,甚至返还给与会者现钞等等,以表示会议开得“热烈”、“活跃”、“气派”。在国家深入进行治理整顿和为政清廉的时刻,各级开会实施“一切费用自理”及加收巨额“会务费”的招数可以休矣!
