本实验通过OEXA和ABC免疫组化分别测定9、18和27月龄组大鼠的骨密度和胫骨干骺端的P物质.结果为9、18和27月组的大鼠骨密度(g/Cm1)分别为0.2827±0.0188、0.3303±0.0288和O.2619±0.0322,P物质是(++)、(++++)和(++++).表明大鼠在27月龄已处于老化,骨密度减少,而P物质随增龄而增加,骨密度与P物质之间无明显相关性.本文认为骨衰老早期骨密度无明显变化,此期骨组织中的P物质已有量的改变,对早期预测骨衰老有一定启示作用.
In this study, bone mineral density and substance P in the metaphysis of tibia were measured by OEXA and ABC immunohistochemistry in 9, 18 and 27 month old rats respectively. Results The bone mineral density (g / cm) of rats in the 9th, 18th and 27th month groups were 0.2827 ± 0.0188,0.3303 ± 0.0288 and 0. 2619 ± 0.0322, Substance P is (++), (++++) and (++++). The results showed that the rats aged at 27 months of age had decreased bone mineral density, whereas substance P increased with aging, and there was no significant correlation between bone mineral density and substance P levels. This paper argues that there is no obvious change in bone mineral density in early stage of bone aging. The amount of substance P in bone tissue during this period has a certain amount of change, which has certain enlightenment on the early prediction of bone aging.
