制冷量为7MW(2000美国冷吨)特大吨级吸收式冷水机组的研制,满足了区域采暖和制冷市场的需要。此机组的研制有如下的特点:(1)采用较常规浓度低的稀溶液循环结合多级吸收循环;(2)新型蒸发器和吸收器由于减少了冷剂蒸汽通过传热管的压力损失,而使传热系数有显著的强化;(3)溶液热交换器由于使用高效传热管,其结构更趋紧凑;(4)多级吸收循环和并联流程的结合,使得冷却水出口的温度达到40℃,机组在减少溶液循环流量的情况下,保持了与传统机组相同的压力水准。另外,尽管冷却水出口温度较高,水量减少限制了机组效率的降低。机组热力系数COP达到1.22;(5)可节省大约30%安装面积;(6)冷水机组冷水出口温度可保证控制在±0.5℃范围内。
Refrigeration capacity of 7MW (2000 United States cold tons) large tonnage absorption chillers developed to meet the needs of the regional heating and cooling market. The development of this unit has the following characteristics: (1) The circulation of dilute solution with more conventional concentration is combined with the multi-stage absorption cycle; (2) The new evaporator and absorber reduce the pressure loss of the refrigerant vapor through the heat transfer tube, (3) the solution heat exchanger due to the use of efficient heat transfer tubes, the structure more compact; (4) multi-stage absorption cycle and the combination of parallel processes, making the cooling water outlet temperature reaches 40 ℃, the unit to reduce the flow of solution in the case of the same unit to maintain the same pressure level. In addition, the reduction in water volume limits the efficiency of the unit even though the outlet temperature of the cooling water is relatively high. The thermal coefficient COP of the unit reaches 1.22; (5) about 30% of the installation area can be saved; (6) The outlet temperature of the chilled water of the chiller can be controlled within ± 0.5 ℃.
