患者,女,91岁,2011年2月17日入院。5年前患者无意中发现左面部新生物,抓破后,长期表面糜烂、渗液,服用大量抗生素未愈。就诊于河南某大医院,建议其手术切除,家属认为患者年龄偏大,且无大碍,并未行手术治疗。近半年来发现肿物快速生长,分泌物增多,伴恶臭,并且随肿瘤增大,患者不得不用纱带兜起肿物,以减轻对面部的牵拉。为求手术治疗,辗转多家医院,均因患者年龄过大,拒绝收治。就诊我院后,门诊以“面部肿
