上海市农村卫协成立以来,根据卫生行政部门的中心任务做了大量工作。1988年他们主要抓了以下几方面工作: 一、调查研究,反映情况。对集体医疗机构的改革,地段医院危房改建,精神康复站、个体开业的管理,老年医疗保健工作等方面,进行调查研究,向有关行政部门及时反映情况,提供参考意见,起到推动基层卫生工作改革的作用。二、在调查研究总结经验的基础上,先后召开了“基层医疗机构后勤工作”、“创建文明单位”、“思想政治工作”、“精神康复站管理工作”等经验交流会以及目标管理研讨会。开展了思想政治工作论文评选活动。通过这些活动起到互相学习,促进提高的作用,很受基层的欢迎。三、协助基层医疗机构扩大业务,增强活
