当前,公共行政学界存在着这样一种研究思维路径:以西方公共行政的个性来代替中国公共行政的个性,进而以西方公共行政的个性来代替不同国家公共行政的共性。对后现代公共行政的盲目推崇就是基于如此的逻辑。后现代公共行政实际上是基于质疑、批判的立场对现代公共行政的一种反思和警醒,这绝不意味着后现代公共行政可以与现代公共行政分庭抗礼、并驾齐驱,更不是以否定和取代现代公共行政为目的。从本质上讲,后现代公共行政仍然没有脱离理性认知和官僚科层制的框架。在研究后现代公共行政理论时,应切入现实的中国经验。
At present, there exists such a research thinking path in the field of public administration as replacing the individuality of Chinese public administration with the individuality of western public administration and replacing the commonality of public administration in different countries with the individuality of western public administration. The blind adulation of postmodern public administration is based on such logic. Postmodern public administration is actually a reflection and vigilance of modern public administration based on the position of questioning and criticism. This in no way means that post-modern public administration can keep pace with the modern public administration, not to deny and replace the modern public For administrative purposes. In essence, the postmodern public administration still has not departed from the frame of rational cognition and bureaucratic hierarchy. In the study of post-modern public administration theory, we should cut into the reality of China’s experience.
