为使桥面铺装更加经济合理,研究基于纤维在混凝土中的作用机理,对桥面铺装纤维混凝土进行了优化设计;通过最紧堆积密度法对粗集料的级配进行优化,比较掺与不掺粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度,选出经济合理的混凝土基准配合比;对3种掺量纤维进行坍落度和抗压强度测试,选出最佳纤维掺量;最终得到最佳纤维混凝土配合比;基于三淅高速公路建设铺筑试验段,施工过程顺利,使用效果良好。
