在资源配置以市场为主导的大环境下,国家已经逐步取消过去计划经济下由于严重缺电而给予供电企业的各项优惠政策,对电力企业的生产经营活动都将产生极强的控制和调节。本文就此问题作一探究。
Under the environment of resource allocation led by the market, the state has gradually eliminated various preferential policies given to power supply enterprises due to serious power shortage in the planned economy in the past and will exert strong control and regulation on the production and operation activities of power enterprises . This article explores this issue.
