目的:分析烤瓷牙修复的临床常见并发症及其防治措施。方法:选取2010年8月至2014年8月在临沧市杨扬精诚齿科诊所进行烤瓷牙修复的200例患者(共有烤瓷牙386颗),对本组患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,统计本组患者出现的并发症,并针对每一种并发症提出相应的防治措施。结果:患者治疗后,在1~2年的随访观察中,发现其出现基牙疼痛、崩瓷、基牙折断、基牙继发龋、急性牙髓炎、食物嵌塞、牙龈黑线、牙冠脱落以及天然牙过度磨损等并发症,其发病率为8.8%。结论:虽然烤瓷牙的临床疗效已经得到广大患者的肯定,但还是存在一定的并发症,因此,临床中应针对可能出现的并发症采取相应的防治措施,以降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze the common clinical complications and prevention measures of porcelain restoration. Methods: From August 2010 to August 2014, 200 patients with porcelain teeth (total of 386 porcelain teeth) were treated with porcelain restoration in Yangyang Dental Clinic of Lincang from August 2010 to August 2014. The clinical data of this group were retrospectively analyzed , Statistics of the complications of this group of patients, and for each of the complications put forward the corresponding prevention and treatment measures. RESULTS: After 1 to 2 years of follow-up, patients were found to have ankylosis, collapsed porcelain, broken abutment, secondary caries to abutment, acute pulpitis, impacted food, gingival black line, teeth Crown off and excessive wear of natural teeth and other complications, the incidence was 8.8%. Conclusion: Although the clinical efficacy of porcelain teeth has been affirmed by the majority of patients, but there are still some complications, therefore, the clinical complications should be taken for the possible prevention and treatment measures to reduce the incidence of complications and improve Patient’s therapeutic effect.
