Dear Delegates, Comrades, National Academy of Agriculture Dean Meeting Now Meeting. On behalf of the Central Ministry of Education, on behalf of the Central People’s Government, I welcome representatives from afar. I welcome all delegates to set the meeting well and lay a good foundation for higher agricultural education in new China.
