本文通过生产实践概述了锡磷青铜、铍青铜、锌白铜、黄铜等弹性合金生产工艺特点以及采用新设备、新工艺的必要性和迫切性。在分析铜基弹性合金生产现状的同时,探讨了发展我国铜基弹性合金的途径。文章指出,为了充分发挥锡磷青铜、锌白铜综合性能的使用价值,建议制定上述两种低温热处理的弹性材料标准。文章对多种锌白铜的性能和成分关系进行了对比,同时提出开发新型铜基弹性合金的建议。铜基弹性合金品种,按合金分类可分:(1)黄铜系列H62、H68加工材料。(2)青铜系列QSn6.5-0.1、QSn6.5-0.4、QSn7-0.2、QSn4-0.3、QSn4-3以及铍青铜QBe2.0、QBe1.9等。(3)白铜系列有锌白铜BZn15-20加工材料等。我国从建国以来,铜基弹性材料的生产不断发展,品种不断增加,基本上满足了日益发展的国民经济部门的需要,但在质量上还存在一定问题,笔者经多年生产实践,仅就其生产工艺水平及特点评述如下。
This paper summarizes the production process characteristics of tin-phosphorus bronze, beryllium bronze, zinc white copper, brass and other elastic alloys and the necessity and urgency of adopting new equipment and new technology through production practice. While analyzing the production status of copper-based elastic alloy, the ways to develop copper-based elastic alloy in our country are also discussed. The article pointed out that in order to give full play to the use of tin and phosphorus bronze, zinc and copper integrated performance, it is proposed to develop the above two low temperature heat treatment of the elastic material standards. The paper compares the properties and composition of various zinc white copper, and puts forward the suggestion of developing a new copper - based elastic alloy. Copper-based alloy varieties, according to alloy classification can be divided: (1) brass series H62, H68 processing materials. (2) bronze series QSn6.5-0.1, QSn6.5-0.4, QSn7-0.2, QSn4-0.3, QSn4-3 and beryllium QBe2.0, QBe1.9 and so on. (3) white copper series Zinc white copper BZn15-20 processing materials. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the production of copper-based elastic materials has been developing continuously and the varieties have been constantly increasing to meet the needs of the increasingly developing national economy.
