The Ninth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. October 5 to 9, 1992 in Beijing. There were 166 members of the Central Committee and 105 alternate members of the Central Committee attended the meeting. Attending the meeting were 169 members of the Central Advisory Commission, 65 members of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and 65 responsible comrades. The Central Political Bureau presided over the meeting and Comrade Jiang Zemin, general secretary of the Central Committee made an important speech.
