多哈贸易谈判致力于推动多边贸易的自由化发展,但从2001年开始历经10年多哈贸易谈判仍未取得突破性实质进展。同时近几年来区域主义盛行,致使区域贸易组织的数量大幅度增加。本文从区域贸易组织对多边贸易体制的有利与不利影响两方面分析多哈贸易谈判停滞的应对措施。
Doha Trade Negotiations are devoted to promoting the liberalization of multilateral trade. However, no breakthrough substantive progress has been made in the Doha Trade Negotiation over the past 10 years since 2001. In the meantime, the prevalence of regionalism in recent years has led to a substantial increase in the number of regional trade organizations. This article analyzes the stagnant responses to the Doha Trade Negotiations from both the pros and cons of the regional trade organizations on the MTS.
