每一个侦查员都要会收集、固定和运用证据。现实工作中,个别带犬民警缺失嗅源的固定意识,个别带犬民警有着一定的嗅源固定意识却或只固定嗅源本身而忽略了对嗅源证明力的固定,或固定方法不正确,甚至警犬作业所依据的嗅源与其他证据之间存在矛盾。文章针对嗅源固定的问题,较全面分析了原因及需要注意的问题。
Every investigator will collect, fix and apply evidence. In actual work, some police officers with dogs lack the fixed consciousness of sniffing source.
