学习的动力体现了学习的目标,学习的毅力反映了学习的意志,学习的能力则来源于学习者的知识及其在实践中的应用。一个人是否有很强的学习力,完全取决于这个人是否有明确的奋斗目标、坚强的意志和丰富的理论知识以及大量的实践经验。学习力成就一个人最本质的竞争力,通过几十年的教育工作实践,我深深地意识到,作为一名人民教师,在教育教学中须做到以下几点:一、情感播种,智慧耕耘奉献爱心、增其自信。教育家夏丏尊说过:
