脓癣是农村常见皮肤病之一。其发病机理主要是由须癣毛癣菌、红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌、羊毛状小孢子菌等浅表性致病真菌所致。临床上治疗用3%双氧水清洗,复方苯甲酸软膏局部应用和口服灰黄霉素,疗程长、花钱多、副作用大,病人往往中止治疗,久病不愈。为此,我们拟定配制了脓癣制剂,经我院皮肤科临床应用、观察,疗效确切,现报道如下: 脓癣制剂制备 0.1%过氧乙酸溶液(1)取冰醋酸110ml,浓硫酸3.2ml,30%过氧化氢溶液
