以吡啶酮酸类第二代和第三代产品的银盐与磺胺嘧啶银对比,对具有血清多凝性未定型的绿脓杆菌进行药物敏感度测定,并以各药的霜剂,在以基础霜剂为对照下,对小鼠(80只,分4组,每组20只)尾和大白兔(8只)背烫伤后绿脓杆菌感染作防治实验。结果:氟哌酸银是强有力的化学抗菌药物,特别对磺胺嘧啶银有一定程度耐药的未定型绿脓杆菌菌株引起的烧伤局部感染具有较强的防止功效。其作用和疗效超过吡哌酸银。吡啶酮酸类第三代产品氟哌酸对革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌均有较强的抗菌作用,副作用小,安全性高。氟哌酸银的抗菌活力比吡哌酸银大十至百剖,比磺胺嘧啶银大百至千倍。
