目的:调查临湘市中小学校饮用水的水质质量及介水传染病的发病情况,为进一步改善饮水的质量,保护学生的身心健康提供科学依据。方法:对该市所选的14所中小学校的生活饮用水按照国家水质分析标准方法进行水质分析,并按照拟定的调查表对饮用该水质的学生进行介水传染病的发病情况调查及统计分析。结果:该市中小学校饮用水合格率仅为78.57%,其中不合格的学校的水质为粪大肠菌群超标;近1年14所学校饮水学生的肠炎、细菌性痢疾、甲型肝炎的发病率分别为1.80%、019%、0.06%。结论:临湘市中小学校的生活饮用水存在粪大肠菌的污染。
Objective: To investigate the quality of drinking water and the incidence of water-borne infectious diseases in primary and secondary schools in Linxiang, so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the quality of drinking water and protecting the physical and mental health of students. Methods: The quality of drinking water in 14 primary and secondary schools selected by the city was analyzed according to the national standard of water quality analysis and the incidence of water-borne infectious diseases was investigated and statistically analyzed according to the prepared questionnaire . Results: The qualified rate of drinking water in primary and secondary schools in the city was only 78.57%. The unqualified school water quality exceeded that of fecal coliform bacteria. The incidence of enteritis, bacillary dysentery and hepatitis A in 14 school-drinking students in the past year Respectively 1.80%, 019% and 0.06%. Conclusion: There is fecal coliform contamination in the drinking water in primary and middle schools in Linxiang City.
