在弱酸性介质中,稀土与偶氮胂Ⅲ所形成的阴离子配合物,可以与金属-邻菲罗啉配阳离子通过静电引力形成缔合型的混合多核配合物。本文详细地研究了镧-偶氮胂Ⅲ-铜-邻菲罗啉配合物的形成条件以及有关反应机理。配合物的最大吸收峰位于663nm,相应的摩尔吸光系数ε_(663)=1.22×10~5 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。配合物中各组分的摩尔比La:R:Cu:Phen=1:1:1:3,相应的分子式为[La·R][Cu(phen)_3]。反应曾应用于以铜为主的合成试样中稀土的测定,取得了比较满意的结果。
In weakly acidic medium, rare earth and arsenazo Ⅲ formed by the anionic complexes, with metal - o-phenanthroline with cations by electrostatic attraction to form associative mixed polynuclear complexes. In this paper, the formation conditions of lanthanum-arsenazo Ⅲ-copper-o-phenanthroline complex and the related reaction mechanism were studied in detail. The maximum absorption peak of the complex is at 663nm, and the corresponding molar extinction coefficient ε 663 is 1.22 × 10 -5 L · mol -1 cm -1. The molar ratio of the components in the complex La: R: Cu: Phen = 1: 1: 1: 3, the corresponding formula is [La · R] [Cu (phen) _3]. The reaction has been applied to the determination of rare earths in copper-based synthetic samples and satisfactory results have been obtained.
