目的：观察黄芩茎叶总黄酮（ＳＳＴＦ）主要药效学以外的药理作用，为临床用药提供参考。方法：健康Ｗｉｓｔａｒ 大鼠和昆明种小鼠，ＰＯ 给予ＳＳＴＦ１０、２０、４０ｍ ｇ．ｋｇ－ １，观察用药前后大鼠血压、心率、呼吸频率、呼吸深度和小鼠自主活动的次数。结果：用药后大鼠血压、心率、呼吸频率、呼吸深度及小鼠自主活动次数均无明显变化，用药前后比较（ｔ检验），差异无显著性（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论：在所给剂量下ＳＳＴＦ对大鼠的呼吸系统、心血管系统和小鼠的中枢神经系统均无明显影响。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis (SSTF) and provide reference for clinical use. METHODS: Healthy Wistar rats and Kunming mice were given PO with SSTF 10, 20, 40m g. Kg-1 was used to observe the blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, depth of respiration, and number of times of spontaneous activity in mice before and after treatment. RESULTS: There was no significant change in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, depth of respiration, and number of spontaneous movements of mice after administration. There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between before and after treatment (t-test). CONCLUSIONS: SSTF had no significant effect on the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, and central nervous system in mice at the given dose.
