目的:观察黄芩茎叶总黄酮(SSTF)主要药效学以外的药理作用,为临床用药提供参考。方法:健康Wistar 大鼠和昆明种小鼠,PO 给予SSTF10、20、40m g.kg- 1,观察用药前后大鼠血压、心率、呼吸频率、呼吸深度和小鼠自主活动的次数。结果:用药后大鼠血压、心率、呼吸频率、呼吸深度及小鼠自主活动次数均无明显变化,用药前后比较(t检验),差异无显著性(P> 0.05)。结论:在所给剂量下SSTF对大鼠的呼吸系统、心血管系统和小鼠的中枢神经系统均无明显影响。
Objective: To observe the pharmacological effects of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis (SSTF) and provide reference for clinical use. METHODS: Healthy Wistar rats and Kunming mice were given PO with SSTF 10, 20, 40m g. Kg-1 was used to observe the blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, depth of respiration, and number of times of spontaneous activity in mice before and after treatment. RESULTS: There was no significant change in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, depth of respiration, and number of spontaneous movements of mice after administration. There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between before and after treatment (t-test). CONCLUSIONS: SSTF had no significant effect on the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, and central nervous system in mice at the given dose.
